We have safely reopened at the beginning of August and are all loving being back at Acorn Park!

Covid Update.

It is wonderful to see all our existing families again and to welcome our new starts. All of our little ones have settled back into nursery life so well and we are super proud!

We have of course had to make changes to ensure the safety of our families and our wonderful team and have a robust Covid risk assessment in place. For now our parents aren't allowed in the building, so all little ones are welcomed in the morning at our front door and our kindy in the gardens. Our bigger kids are loving being outdoors from first thing in the morning and often stay out till lunch. Additional housekeeping ensures high touch points are kept safe and our team wash all resources at the end of each day. We have installed outdoor wash basins and have hand sanitiser units throughout the building too.

Most importantly though, we are keeping our children in little groups with dedicated staff. Our small groups and high staffing ratio allows plenty of opportunity for cuddles, to build friendships and bonds and of course keep everyone as safe as can be.
